Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is an inspiring and creative partnership that supports your personal and/or professional development as a leader.

Coaching increases self-awareness, builds confidence and facilitates behaviour change, making it an attractive method for leaders to tackle their personal and professional development.

As a coach, I offer leaders a confidential and empowering space. The learning process is built on open conversations that address your real challenges, best hopes and day-to-day issues.
How Does Coaching Help You in Leadership, Performance, Work-Life Balance or Personal Growth?
Leadership
Identify your blind spots, leverage your strengths, expand your range of choices.
This may include coaching on communication, decision making, problem solving and team management.
Performance
The pace is fast. Even when you feel you should be thinking things through, there simply isn't enough time.
Set meaningful goals
and find strategies to improve your own and your team's performance.
Work-Life Balance
Yes, you know you need a better work-life balance, but in practice it's not really working. Check that your ambitions and external expectations are in line with your personal wellbeing.
This may involve coaching on time management, stress reduction, and decision making around transitions.
Personal Growth
After all, leadership is a lonely path. Expand your self-awareness and take care of your personal development.
Coaching can help you to find meaning in your work, understand your strengths, and support you though possible career changes.
How I Work
1. Virtual or In-Person
I work virtually with the majority of my clients. This allows for greater flexibility, in both time and place and lowers the threshold for approaching a coach. However, for clients based in Finland or Estonia, I also offer the option of in-person sessions if this is your preference.

2. Process Tailored to Your Real Needs
As part of the contract, we agree on the initial number of sessions. Typically, a successful coaching engagement involves minimum of 5-6 sessions spread over 2-3 months. This timeframe allows for meaningful experimentation between sessions, enabling you to apply your learning and reflect on your progress. The specific duration and frequency will depend on the complexity of the leadership challenges, the desired outcomes, and the pace at which you feel comfortable progressing. Importantly, you have the complete freedom to stop the coaching process at any time, whether you achieve your desired outcome sooner or have other reasons to do so.

3. Optimal Rhythm
Based on my own coaching experience and supported by the scientific research, I recommend scheduling coaching sessions 1-2 weeks apart, depending on the case. While standard sessions last for 1 hour, I also offer 45-minute and even 30-minute sessions where appropriate, to suit your individual preferences and schedule.
